Technology Description

- The fiber laser cutting machine produced by our company is designed for thin plate cutting and duct processing:

- The laser cutting headband has a high-sensitivity follow-up system, which automatically follows the height of the cutting steel plate (perfectly cutting the ribbed plate).

- The X, Y, and Z axes are driven by dual linear guides and high-precision AC

servo motors to achieve precise, accurate, and fast cutting requirements. The guide rail and rack are provided with a lubricating oil supply mechanism and a dust cover.

- The control software runs under the Windows XP real-time operating system. The

control software is written according to the requirements of the thin plate cutting process. The operation is simple and the Chinese and English languages are available.
