Square Duct Manufacture Auto Coil line VI-S for the Manufacture of Air-condition Rectangular Ducts

Duct line AML-VI-S is one of our latest coil line. With U type structure, it cover less space and reduce time of plate passing which achieves the productivity of twenty-three seconds per piece.

Just enter the sizes of the ducts you need to produce, this full-auto line will complete the following process: Straightening, Beading, Notching, Slitting, Pittsburgh lock forming, Right-angle flange forming, TDF flange forming, Angle-iron flange forming and Auto folding in “L” shape or “口” shape. We also provide a selection of different functions such as Punch tie rod hole for duct bracing, Plate-lamination, Special TDF flange with holes on it. This line features high automation, high efficiency, low labor cost and less materials usage.

Rectangular duct manufacture auto coil line is special for manufacture making HVAC square air ductwork from GI metal sheet coil.
