Square Duct Manufacture Auto Coil line VII for the Manufacture of Air-condition Rectangular Ducts

Duct line AML-VII is one of our latest coil line.

The "L" or "口" type air duct is finally formed by uncoiling, punching angle, cut to length, Pittsburgh seam forming, Flange forming (TDF flange / Angle Iron flange / "C" flange) and automatic bending.

Duct line AML-VII is one of our latest coil line. With U-shaped structure, occupies a small area, greatly reduces the transfer time of sheet metal, high efficiency, take only 20~23 seconds for each "L" shape, and daily processing capacity can reach 800-2500 suqare meters. After processing, the Pittsburgh seam is in front, and the short side of the large-sized air duct will be bent first, so this coil line is most suitabe to produce the large-sized air duct.

Rectangular duct manufacture auto coil line is special for manufacture making HVAC square air ductwork from GI metal sheet coil.

It’s a new one completely in the present market, with full functions, working stable and automatic control system. The following is the shape of flange, we can design the just shape according to customer’s request.
