This machine is special designed for production the PU flexible
duct with steel wire inside. The flexible duct Wall is made of
abrasion resistant Polyurethane (wall thickness between the spirals
ca. 0,4mm), Shore A ~85, copper plated spring steel spiral embedded
into wall.
The flexible PU ducts are mainly used in clothing, footwear,
textiles, jewelry, gifts and other industries. More and more people
use TPU products as it is environment friendly.

to produce PVC soft spiral reinforced pipe, which is widely used in
industry , agriculture , architecture , irrigation market and so

two sets single screw plastic extruders, mould, forming
machine,cooling water tank, rotatory haul off machine and winder.

Flexible PU duct Features
- A Copper plated steel helix embedded between two layers of
polyurethane;
- Transparent wall, wall thickness from 0.4mm~1.2mm;
- Extremely flexible and compressible: 1:4;
- Excellent internal and external abrasion and tearing resistant;
- The Copper plated steel helix can be made antistatic;
- Temperature range:-40°C to +90°C (max. 125°C for short period);
